Bodegas Enguera makes Aliats Orange in Valencia, Spain, highlighting the rare local Verdil grape. Fermentation with the skins gives the wine its orange-wine character and added texture. Citrus, preserved stone fruit and aromatic spice offer a distinctive introduction to this Valencian variety.
