One Night in Sicily is a mixed-fermentation beer from Edmonton’s Blind Enthusiasm, fermented for two years in previously used Marsala barrels. Light nuttiness and cinnamon meet dried cherry, citrus peel, subtle vanilla and maple notes. Serve in small glasses for sharing.
