Always keen to paint outside of the box, Adelaide Hills winemaker Brendon Keys ventured across the border to Blewitt Springs to source some of the finest Grenache grapes Australia has to offer. By using very short skin maceration during fermentation, he created something light, something fresh, something ‘Nouveau’. Lighter than the typical Grenache, it has lovely notes of bing cherry, rose hip, and cracked black pepper.
