With a limited harvest, we diverted more of the highest-quality grapes to our estate line, elevating this wine to Somenos-level quality. The result is a Pinot Noir that is precise and textured, with fine tannins and a vibrant depth that lingers from start to finish. 100% whole-bunch fermented before being aged in French oak barriques (30% 1yr, 70% >3yrs).
