After a mechanical harvest, the grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press, and fermented in stainless steel tanks to keep the wine as bright and aromatic as possible.
This Loire Chenin is a fruity wine, well balanced with beautiful acidity. White fruit flavours, peach and pears, with some notes of citrus. Perfect to pair with shellfish and grilled fresh fish, and also with spicy food.
