From a family that has owned vineyards in the region since 1857, he works with some of its finest sites. While his family historically sold to Maison Drouhin, under Armand’s leadership the domaine has taken a new direction, even reacquiring vineyards previously sold. The vineyards are cultivated using agroecology and permaculture, and minimal intervention in the cellar allows the wines to fully express their origin.
This distinct white wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested from vines planted between Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet.
