Anthony Buchanan Pinot Blanc

"This is the third year we’ve used these certified organic grapes and the profile is smack-on consistent with the last two seasons. We harvested the fruit by hand and lightly de-stemmed it with a little skin contact. Bottled in April, it has a lovely pear, apple skin, bright citrus and clean sweet woodsy character from the barrels which frames in the fruit nicely. There’s that classic creamy, toasty note too and fresh acidity at the end." - Anthony Buchanan
