Their liqueurs inspired by an event in the 1920s when all of the artists and great thinkers of the city gathered to discuss the various homemade liqueurs in the area, the ancho chile seemed to be the star ingredient of many of the recipes. The verde version of the liqueur has a bright and herbal taste with juicy notes of pineapple finishing with the crisp, fresh heat of the poblano chile. It’s exactly what your bar is missing.
