When it came to bottling, the carbon impact of moving glass across oceans caught our attention. Enter box, a convenient and conscious choice with great positive impact. It's the small things that count.
"Our Vin Rosé is a refreshing blend of 60% Syrah and 40% Malbec.
The grapes of each variety are pressed directly after harvesting, then fermented for a short period at a temperature maintained at 60F. The wines are then blended prior to bottling.
The vines are planted on limestone, clay and gravel soils, exposed to three specific terroirs of the Limoux vineyard: Mediterranean, Oceanic, Haute Vallée/Pyrenees
The vineyards are planted between 850 - 1200 feet elevation in the foothills of the Pyrenees Mountains close to the Spanish border. Grape growing here dates back to Greek and Roman times with Roman bridges and aqueducts still lining the horizon." - Ami Ami
