*Pick up orders are available next day for pick upThis is made from a clone of the Xarel-lo grape, one of the key grapes for Cava known as Pansa Rosada - a rare mutation that actually has pink ish / red skins. This a great option for the natural wine lovers as it has no sulphur added. This comes from a single terraced vineyard planted in 1957. It has a deep colour, and is made in a brut nature style with no added sugar, but it has rich flavours of baked apple, Manuka honey and much more.
