Very low yields, long traditional fermentations with tight temperature control and two year ageing in 25% new French oak contribute to these award winning barolo’s. No commercial yeasts, enzymes or activators are added and only minimum amount of sulphur is used. The wines are bottled unfiltered. Alberto naturally farms 4 hectares in the historic cru area ‘La Serra’ of La Morra. La Morra is the highest and largest town in Barolo where Alberto was born and then grew his passion and involvement into the world of wine.
