This bright, citrusy, refreshing Sidecar riff is your perfect false-spring partner. It combines some of our favourite ingredients, including the star of the show: Above Average Drink's brilliant Coriander Liqueur!
To a shaker tin, add:
- 1 1/2 Chateau Montifaud VS Cognac
- 1/2 oz Above Average Drink's Coriander Liqueur
- 1/4 oz Proof Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass of your choice. Garnish with a lemon twist, and enjoy!
