Founded by spirits superstar Fabio Rossi, Rum Nation has always focused on regional character, honest aging, and expressive cask work, often from places that were overlooked at the time, like Panama, Guatemala, and Peru.

Jamaica 5 Year Oloroso Sherry


A pot still rum from St. Catherine, Jamaica, full of that bold, funky character we love. Aged in the tropics, then finished for 15–18 months in Oloroso sherry barrels, with a small portion resting in Pedro Ximénez casks. The result is rich, layered, and vibrant tropical fruit and spice with a soft sherry-driven roundness.

Guatemala XO 20th Anniversary

 

A limited release to mark Rum Nation’s 20th year. Aged 4 years in ex-bourbon barrels in the hot, humid Río Hondo region, then matured for 16 more months in Oloroso and PX sherry casks in the cooler climate of Italy. The result is smooth and complex, with notes of raisin, vanilla, soft spice, and rich fruitcake. Yum!

Venezuela XO


To celebrate 25 years of Rum Nation, this sugar- and colour-free Venezuelan XO was aged 6 years in ex-bourbon barrels. Clean and elegant, with a focus on balance and structure over sweetness, it’s a great example of how refined column still rum can be when left to shine on its own.
