After a short rest in stainless steel, it’s bottled young to keep all those fresh aromatics. Vineyards are situated 850–1200 feet above sea level in the foothills of the Pyrenees, near the Spanish border, a region where grapes have been cultivated since ancient Greek and Roman times.
