In honour of the founder of Mother's Day, Anna Maria Jarvis, and her inspiration, her own mother Ann, Vine Arts & Sugar Water Bar present to you: Mama Jarvis. This cocktail is an homage to all mothers and the international pact of creation, service, and devotion in the moment. To whom we owe so much, we raise a cocktail filled glass. May this elixir serve a reminder on many other days throughout the year to celebrate the love and sacrifice of all the most important women in your life.

Mama Jarvis
~* Use your best wine glass or another that inspires you *~
- 1.5 oz Esquimalt Bitter Orange
- 1.5 oz Mama Jarvis Cocktail Mix
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 0.5 Tender Living Farms Rose & Hibiscus Tea (Double Strength)
- Top With 2oz Fiol Prosecco
- Garnish: 1 grapefruit twist or a dehydrated grapefruit slice
With a mason jar or a shaking tin, with a generous amount of ice, shake the Esquimalt Bitter Orange and the cocktail mix vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a wine glass over ice. Add Prosecco, stir to incorporate and garnish with a grapefruit twist by taking a strip of the peel with a knife or a citrus/vegetable peeler and expressing the oils over the top and/or use the dehydrated grapefruit pieces provided!
