To a shaker tin, add:
- 1 1/2 oz Mijenta Tequila Blanco
- 1/2 oz Aperol
- 1/2 oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Add ice, stir, and shake into a chilled rocks glass over ice. To finish it off, garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy!
