Frederic Simon and Catherine Belanger's foray into the world of wine has sent shockwaves across not only their native Quebec, but the country as a whole. Their inventive takes on native Quebecois grapes have sent natural wine lovers into a frenzy. With a dedication to minimal intervention winemaking and a partnership with Canadian artist, Marc Séguin, their small production means their wines are some of the most sought after across the country. With some cuvees yeilding as fewer than 100 bottles, the rarity of these exceptional bottles only adds to the thrill of their enjoyability.
