2 oz That Boutique-y Whisky Co. Canadian Corn Whisky 8 Year Old
1 oz Giffard Apricot du Roussillon Liqueur
¾ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Honey Syrup (1:1 honey and warm water)
Dash of Angostura bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a lemon twist!
