Fox Hill Amore Bianco
50% Ribolla Gialla, 40% Tocai Friulano, 10% Trebbiano
Bursting with lychee and orange stone fruits, this skin-contact wine from Fox Hill Vineyard blends Tocai Friulano, Trebbiano, and Ribolla Gialla. The Friulano and Ribolla co-ferment on skins, while the Trebbiano ages in stainless steel and neutral oak. After finishing in concrete and sandstone jars, the wine gains a vibrant amber colour and subtle tannic structure, making it perfect for food enjoying now with food or letting it rest with some cellar time!
Fox Hill Amore Rosso
41% Barbera, 31% Dolcetto, 25% Negro Amaro, 3% Nebbiolo
The Amore Rosso is Broc Cellars’ tribute to old-school field blends, with a mix of Barbera, Dolcetto, and Negro Amaro from Fox Hill Vineyard. The reds were co-fermented together in stainless steel, then aged in concrete and neutral French oak. The Negro Amaro was made as a rosé, foot-stomped and fermented in stainless steel. With bright acidity, a touch of juiciness, and a subtle structure, this wine is perfect on its own or paired with a big ol' pizza pie!
Fox Hill Sangiovese
100% Sangiovese
A vibrant, food-friendly Sangiovese with bright acidity and playful structure that’s ready to enjoy now or with lay down for light aging. Sourced from Fox Hill Vineyard, this blend of Piccolo and Grosso thrives in rocky soils, with early harvesting to preserve freshness. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in neutral French oak for nine months, this unfined, unfiltered wine offers a pure expression of both California and Tuscany.
