We’re excited to share two special arrivals connected by one of Brooklyn’s most iconic restaurants: The Four Horsemen.

Co-owned by LCD Soundsystem’s James Murphy and shaped by the late, legendary sommelier Justin Chearno, this Brooklyn gem has carved out a cult following with its thoughtful, laid-back approach to food and wine. Now, two new releases bring that same spirit to your table.

First up is a non-alcoholic collab with Copenhagen’s Muri, makers of some of the most complex, food-worthy non-alc drinks out there. Founded by Murray Paterson (ex–Empirical Spirits) and joined by Ioakeim Goulidis (formerly of Noma’s fermentation lab), Muri produces some of the most interesting and refined non-alcs on the market. Their collaboration with Four Horsemen is a bold, still red, co-developed by Justin Chearno. It features a wild mix of sour cherry wine, clarified tomato water, fermented beetroot, bay leaf, and green peppercorn kefir. Vibrant, savoury, and just the right kind of weird and wacky.

The perfect pairing is the long-awaited Four Horsemen cookbook. It tells the story of how four friends with no restaurant experience opened a tiny spot in Williamsburg that went on to earn a Michelin star and a James Beard Award. Inside are 100+ recipes from chef Nick Curtola, plus reflections on wine, hospitality, and the joy of sitting around a table with people you love.

The Muri collab and the cookbook are now available at all Vine Arts locations. Limited quantities, so get ‘em while they’re hot!
