Tiraki (meaning “clearing of the sky” in Māori) is New Zealand's first B-Corp certified wine brand. Founded in 2020 by the Hammond family, Tiraki brings together over 150 years of farming heritage in Marlborough with a forward-thinking approach to sustainability. While most of us were still honing our bread-making skills and awkwardly conducting get-togethers with friends via Zoom, in 2020, the Hammonds decided to launch this new venture. The family has been farming in this part of Marlborough for six generations.
Their vineyards are planted exclusively to Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Sauvignon Blanc.
