Food & Wine pairing goes way beyond white with fish or red with steak. Understanding the chemistry and logic behind the interactions between food and wine pairings can unlock flavours that take your dining experience to the next level and help you avoid disasters! In this tasting we will dive into key concepts and understand why they work or why they don't; exploring traditional and non traditional pairings. At the end of the tasting you'll leave with the confidence to plan your next dinner party!
*Please note this tasting will take place at our Edmonton location at 10961 124 Street. The tasting will include a selection of cheese and charcuterie from our friends at Meuwlys.
