His holdings are located on the middle slopes of rolling hills which receive the ideal amount of sunlight. The Pra Soave is a crisp white wine made from 100% Garganega harvested from organically farmed vines planted to volcanic soils in the Soave Classico zone of Monteforte d'Alpone. The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks for six months.
