Raicilla is a traditional agave spirit, similar to Tequila and Mezcal, originating from the south western portion of the province of Jalisco. This version is made with the agave species Maximilliana and offers a bright profile with lots of citrus and floral notes. It doesn't have the smoke that most Mezcal offers, and is more lifted and fresh than many Tequila. Beautiful to sip on its own, or offers a great alternative to Tequila or Mezcal in cocktails.
