This winery has been managed by the Pratsch family for 30 years, who tend their vines according to organic principles. Their Grüner Veltliner is a classic example of the variety. Light in body and dry on the palate, it has tangy notes of fresh squeezed limes, green apple, grapefruit, and a touch of white pepper spice.
