A fruit forward red blend from the Spanish region of Calatayud. Fermented with natural yeasts, the wine was aged for 6 months in concrete tanks with periodic lees stirring. Purple red in colour, it has notes of black amber plum, blueberries, blackberries, borage flower and thyme, with a menthol background.
