Having learned organic and biodynamic cultivation of the vine, she naturally applies the same methods to her own vines (aged an average of 80 years) and harvests everything manually.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe Tormenta was made from hand-harvested Godello grapes that were naturally fermented with light skin maceration.
