I have been working with the Consorzio Vino Chianti Classico since 2016, as their educator in Canada. Two and a half years ago I set out researching and interviewing for this book, based on the concept of introducing and celebrating the next generation of Chianti Classico producers. The book profiles 44 families in 44 essays, from Antinori to the smallest estate no one has ever heard of.
