Polycutlural farming has been foundational to the family philosophy since before Jean Delobre founded Ferme des Sept Lunes on this hilltop farm in the Saint Joseph village of Bogy. While the fruit trees remain, today the traditional Northern Rhône varieties of Syrah, Roussane, Marsanne, and Viognier, along with a bit of Gamay are farmed organically across a patchwork of vineyards ranging in vine age and composition, all on a bedrock of granite.

Jean’s commitment to purity carries through to the cellar where he produces both Saint Joseph and Vin de Pays appellations. In an effort to express the individual characteristics of each terroir, parcels are vinified separately and little or no sulfur is used in vinification.

"Chemin Faisant" or "On the Way" is a complex St Joseph with peppery aromas on the nose followed by gorgeous depth and freshness. Structure and finesse reign supreme in this beautiful bottle. Sans soufre cuvée.
