It’s bone dry, medium bodied, with lively, refreshing acidity, just present tannins, and a juicy, salty finish.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDrink well chilled from 8 to 14ºC, it’s super versatile with a wide variety of dishes and cuisines from all over the world, especially “fusion” or spicy dishes and whether vegetable, fish or red and white meats.
