In the words of the winery - "Oddbird Spumante is made from 100% Glera from the Italian province of Treviso located in the Veneto region, commonly known as the Prosecco region. We select Glera from the finest vineyards, grown with the utmost care on sun exposed slopes and picked at low yields to create a well balanced wine with lots of flavors and aromas. The soil is a mixture between clay, marl, marine sandstone and limestone which in turn creates the perfect conditions for the Glera to become fruity, floral and elegant with lively complexity."
