Michel Mallard Bourgogne Blanc
"Michel Mallard and sons' vineyard is located in the commune of Ladoix-Serrigny, a small village at the junction between the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits. Vine growers from father to son for five generations, the vineyard has expanded over time and now cultivates 11 hectares of vineyards. Maryse and Patrick Mallard, at the head of this wine company, take care of this heritage in producing wines in Burgundy, Côte de Nuits-Villages, Chorey-les-Beaune, Savigny-les-Beaune, Ladoix, Aloxe-Corton, Corton and Corton-Charlemagne appellations."
"Bourgogne Chardonnay is a fun wine to be enjoyed in its youth, to fully appreciate all its impetuosity. Its nose opens with notes of freshly picked white fruits and citrus fruits. In the mouth, its aromas of white peach, pear and lemon give it a certain liveliness and harmony." - Domaine Michel Mallard
