Les Vins Pirouettes Eros

Les Vins Pirouettes is a collective of like-minded Alsatian vignerons spearheaded by Alsace’s natural wine pioneer, Christian Binner. The group began small with the aim of assisting nearby friends looking to make minimal intervention wines and helping them find the right folks who were dying to buy these kinds of wines.

This orange wine is made from a blend of 50% Riesling and 50% Gewürztraminer. Macerated on the skins for ten days to draw out complexity and a vibrant tangerine hue, the fermentation occurred naturally in neutral oak foudre. To help the wine on its evolutionary journey, in the cellar classical music is played constantly.
