L’Enclos des Braves Les Gourmands Gaillac
L’Enclos des Braves is a domaine of eight hectares located in Vertus, in the Gaillac appellation. Nicolas Lebrun spent ten years as a professional oenologist before he and his wife Chantal bought six hectares of vines and built a winery in 2005. The estate was certified organic in 2009, and biodynamic in 2012.
The “Les Gourmands” is made from a cuvée of 70% Duras and 30% Braucol (Fer Servadou/Mansois). The wine was fermented in concrete tanks and aged on the lees.
