*Pick up orders are available next day for pick upNestled in the sunny southern Spanish wine region of Valencia, Bodegas Enguera creates small amounts of organically certified wines that capture the essence of the Mediterranean terroir. Established by D. Pedro Pérez Pardo in 1999, the winery is now run by his grandsons - Juan Ramón, Pedro, and Silver. With the Enguera Tinto, the brothers made a fresh Tempranillo without the influence of oak. Using grapes harvested from a single parcel of vines, the wine was macerated for only 4 days and aged in steel tanks. Bright ruby red in color, on the nose you find youthful aromas of black currant, blackberry, wild herbs and citrus peel. The palate is light bodied with soft tannins and crisp acidity. A great wine to enjoy with or without food, it pairs well with roast chicken and cranberry sauce.
