"Two kinds of apple vermouth to kick things up a notch this winter! It took us almost a year to bring these one-of-a-kind spirits to the public!
Our unconventional vermouths are based on Apple Cider made by Uncommon Cidery who brewed the cider with Rosé grape skins. Those grape skins were re-fermented and distilled into a rustic grappa spirit, which was then used to fortify the rosé cider. Macerated with our special blend of locally sourced bitter herbs and baking spices, and voila: we've created something new, exciting and delicious.
