Composed of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, this Bordeaux Rouge was traditionally vinified in small capacity vats for 5 weeks. Following gentle extraction and fermentation with manual punching down 3 times a day, the wine underwent passage in French oak barrels for 18 months. Complex and full-bodied this wine drinks well today or will continue to age for 5-7 years.
