The Okanagan Valley’s The Hatch winery has in a short time become one of the most popular Canadian wineries at Vine Arts. Sitting on 6 hectares of land in West Kelowna, the winery itself is home to multiple wine brands, including Black Swift, Screaming Frenzy, Crown + Thieves, and Gobsmacked. In the cellar Jason Parkes steers the ship, shaping fun and inviting wines that match the goofy wine labels of artist Paul Morstad. The Bury the Hatchet White is made from a blend of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris. Refreshingly crisp, on the palate refreshing notes of green apple, lemon and honeydew are complemented by zesty acidity and crunchy minerality. A delightful white wine for any day of the week!
