Testalonga was started in 2008 by Craig and Carla Hawkins. Dubbed the “Natural Wine King of South Africa”, Craig produces wines with minimal intervention from his winery in Swartland. The Baby Bandito is made from 100% Chenin Blanc, which was fermented naturally for 11 days while macerating on the skins before being pressed into old barrels. Fresh and precise, it shows notes of fresh cut green apples, citrus peel, and ginger.
