Description
Domaine de la Taille aux Loups was created by Jacky Blot in 1988 in the appellation of Montlouis. Starting with only 8 ha. of old vines, today Jacky has 25 ha. of organically farmed vines in Montlouis, 5 ha. in Vouvray, and 14 ha. in Bourgueil. Harvesting is by hand with severe grape selection. The wines are then vinified in Bordeaux barriques in cool rock-hewn cellars.
