Since the American prohibition on crafting and consuming absinthe was lifted in 2007, they were keen to throw their hat in the ring and created the first legal American absinthe in almost one hundred years. Staying in fashion with the traditional method, this absinthe is rich in botanicals leaving you with a warm anise finish on each sip.
