Domaine Rollin Père et Fils is a fourth generation estate, that was founded by Raymond Rollin in the 1930s.  The estate has been passed down from father to son since then, and is currently headed by the Simon Rollin, who took the reins in 2003. The vines have always been farmed according to organic principles. In the cellar the wines are made with natural yeasts and little new oak.

In the early 1970s, the Rollin family acquired vines in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. Although the  vines were planted in 1971, many of the Chardonnay vines were replanted in the early 2000’s with better clones. 

In the words of the winery – ” A crisp and crunchy Pinot Noir! A fine nose, open and very concentrated in red fruits (often raspberry). The palate is soft, well-rounded and fresh.”
