Radikon is a unique 12 hectare property located near Italy’s border with Slovenia. Created by legendary winemaker Stanko Radikon (the “King of Orange Wine”), the winery is today run by his son Saša Radikon who continues to use the same natural techniques as his father. The Slatnik is made from a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Friulano, which was fermented on the skins for 12 days. Bold and complex, this wine shows incredible development in glass, moving from spicy orange peel aromas to lively notes of bruised apples, honey, and juniper.
