Made from all indigenous grapes: 35% Bical, 25% Encruzado, 25% Cereal Branco and 15% Malvasia. Spontaneous fermentation lasting 10-12 days in stainless steel followed by extended lees contact. Yellow gold and slightly (deliberately) cloudy, this un-oaked white had brisk, salty, mineral intensity which animates a powerful palate with sensations of dried stone fruit (apricot), straw and nuts. Lovely freshness – great energy – going through. A wine with great palate presence.
