The wines of Dominique Piron, a 14th generation winemaker, come from some of the best sites in Beaujolais. Dominique’s approach is to make “clear, clean and precise cuvées.”

This is how the winery describes the Beujolais les Cadoles – “Playing with the different Beaujolais soils, we favor a very short maceration to extract only the finesse of the Gamay and make a very playful cuvée with very light tannins. A wine for every day! Its aromas of tangy red fruits (raspberry, wild strawberry, redcurrant) mingle with floral scents. it will accompany with pleasure a beautiful rosette of Lyon as an aperitif, a simple jardiniere of spring vegetables, or a good fillet of veal mashed house. Who will dare for dessert a nightcap with a strawberry salad? It fits all the time!”
