Winemaker McPrice Myers has hit pay dirt with deeply rooted, old, gold-rush-era vineyards. He’s crafted an intense and accessible wine for the warm darkness of steakhouses, parlours, candlelit dinner tables and fireside rugs.

The fruit was 100% sorted and de-stemmed. The must spent 20 days on the skins while fermenting in stainless steel and small open top bins with frequent punch-downs. Then it aged in mostly neutral French oak barrels for 12 months.
