Paladin Pinot Grigio
These crisp whites are dry, refreshing and oh-so-easy drinking. This section includes classics like Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio, along with unique gems from around the world. Perfect picnic wines and porch pounders!
Casa Paladin was founded by Valentino Paladin back in 1962, long before Prosecco was known internationally. Owned by the same family today, the business has grown to include additional projects within Veneto, and also in Lombardy and Tuscany: Bosco del Merlo, Castello Bonomi, and Fattoria di Castelvecchi. Helmed by Carlo and Roberto Paladin, the estate is farmed according to lutte raisonnée (‘reasoned viticulture’) principles, and the wines are made with 50% less sulfites than is typical.
Light straw in colour, this crisp Pinot Grigio has notes of citrus, pear, and acacia flowers.
