This is a lush and robust Californian Zinfandel. Deep ruby red in colour, there are lively aromas of raspberry compote, sweet blackberry, tobacco and vanilla. The full-bodied palate features moutfilling blackfruit flavours, round tannins, and a baking spice dusted finish. This is Zinfandel as only California can do it. It’s bold enough to tackle the most decadent barbecued meats. Try it with sweet and spicy spare ribs.
