Oddbird founder Moa Gürbürzer is a former family therapist and social worker from Sweden who set out to shift the cultural norms around alcohol. Her vision is of a world where the craft of winemaking includes giving people a choice of enjoying an extraordinary wine, where the only thing missing is the alcohol.
