Add to that managing two vineyards in the Yarra Valley, and not only making wine for his eponymous label but four. The Moonlit Forest Pinot Gris is made from 100% Pinot Gris from Balnarring in the Mornington Peninsula. Fermentation was done using natural yeasts and ageing in barrel. Medium bodied with a touch of sweetness, it has opulent notes of golden pears, stone fruit. and baking spice.
